With the latest update of being able to amend your 1099 form in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we don't have an exact time frame yet when these instructions are to be made available. Since we are still more focused on the filing process and tax season, rest assured, that's the reason instructions aren't available. Rest assured these will be provided before before the deadline.
