The ability to change the font color in the customer box for your invoices could help you personalize your sales forms better. However, this option isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I suggest submitting a feature request through the Feedback section. This way, our product development team can take note of the need for this feature and consider it for future updates.
Here's how to send feedback:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback under the Profile column.
- Enter your product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
