I understand the importance of resolving this issue since this is already interrupting your workflow. I can see how much you would want to get this fixed as soon as possible. However, the best action we can take is to wait for an email update, as you've already been added to the priority list for the investigation. Alternatively, you can contact support again if you want to ask for further information about the investigation. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in with your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.
  3. Select Search, then click Contact Us.
  4. Write your issue or concern and Continue.
  5. Select what support you would like to contact.
