You can also request a reissue of your certificate by sending an email.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Create an email with the following info:
  • Your first and last name.
  • Email address used to register for the event.
  • Date of the event.
  • Course title of the training session you attended.
  1. Send the email to the training session you took part in.

 

After three business days, if you don't get a response, check your junk or spam folder. If there's none, you can reach our Customer Care team.
