You seem to have a good handle on it already. I run several versions of Desktop Enterprise and import everything into my Accountants version.

I probably have 30+ custom reports that I have created.  No way am I going to migrate what I do on my time into a cloud based version.

QBO is not even a pimple on the robust butt of the Desktop Version.
