Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I have never been involved in a cloud to desktop migration. I have the QB Enterprise Desktop Edition and as long as it is available, I will keep it. If it ever goes away, I might look at Microsoft Dynamics.  I used the Great Plains Dynamics systems in both DOS based and Windows based before MS scooped them up.
