We are experiencing the same frustration. We have a fleet of employees who are Expense Submitters and email their receipts into QBO.  We need those incoming receipts to reflect the Expense Submitter's name and not the name of the admin who sent them the QBO invitation.

I'm still searching for a solution to this problem. Hopefully, a QBO update will be released soon to resolve the issue.
