Hello there, JFDouthit. I understand your concern about the new invoice format.
Currently, there's no setting to change this behavior within the new layout.
We understand your need for functionality and would love to hear your thoughts about your experience when switching to modern views by sending us feedback within your QuickBooks Online company. It enables our product developers to consider adding in future updates.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
- Type in your feature request in the description box.
- Once done, click on Next.
Alternatively, you may want to switch to the Old layout by clicking on it at the top if available. I've added a screenshot below for visual reference.
Furthermore, you can use the old template by tapping the Manage Gear icon at the top. I'll guide you on how to do it.
- Go to the +New button.
- Select Invoice.
- Click Manage at the top.
- Tap the Design drop-down arrow.
- Pick Other Templates.
