1) 1st migration of my firm from QBDT to QBO caused a mess in my original QBO accountant account. Duplicated customers/clients. Also created duplicates in my timekeeping. 

2) QBO support had me migrate again from QBDT to QBO but into a new QBO Accountant account (with new intuit login)  (with no clients associated.) Everything was set up from there( timekeeping/merchant account) 

3) Now in the new QBO account I cannot send emailed invoices to my clients. I get a "Delivery Error", tried sending reminders but I get an error message that says I cannot send emails without some other subscriptions.

 

People responding to this post keep telling me to reach out to support, every time I do, support sees the ticket but says they are still working on it. They can't tell me when this will be fixed, so there is no use calling them.
