Buy nowThis issue has persisted since at least August of this year 2023. I had figured out a workaround by converting the new Estimate template back to the old Estimate template, entering the Quantity amount there, then converting back to the new Estimate template and the Quantity amount would then display on the new template correctly moving forward. However, as of today (12/14/23), there is no longer an option to use the old Estimate template, and therefore there currently appears to be NO way to fix this (yes, I've cleared cache/cookies and to no avail).
This morning I had to manually write in the Quantity amount on PDFs being sent out to customers. None of the "tips" that Intuit has provided in this thread have not worked. This is ridiculous. If Intuit does not fix this by January 1st 2024, or at the very least restore the old Estimate function to allow the workaround mentioned above, then we will be CANCELING our subscription. Period.
