Hi there, @rjlane.

 

You'll need to ensure you have invited your accountant through the Accounting Firms or Accountant tab in Manage users. This way, you'll send an email invite to your accountants using the correct type of user, and they will appear on the Accountant List.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the gear icon.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Go to the Accountants tab.
  4. Fill in your accountant's email in the text field and click Invite.

 

Once your accountant accepts the invite, they can now access QuickBooks Online Accountant, and you can see them in the Accountants List.
