I appreciate you performing all the recommended troubleshooting steps to address the issue of reverting to the Classic Search feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Aaron. We encourage you to contact the next available support option to investigate this matter.

To do this, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message Chat or Get a callback Callback).

Once everything is all set, you may want to run, print, and customize reports to view great information about different aspects of your business. To guide you on how to do this, please see this article: Access reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you have other feature concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO, please feel free to leave a comment below. I'm always ready to assist you.
