The new invoice layout on QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have the Subtotals option, which would be a valuable addition to our features. I understand how important it is for your company and we recommend sending feedback. This is an opportunity to improve the numerous features of our products. They may look into this suggestion and incorporate it into future updates. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Hit Feedback.
- Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
- Click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If you require the Subtotals option, you may want to switch back to the old layout for the time being. Please take note that if you initially had the old layout and then upgraded to the new layout, you'll no longer have the option to switch back to the old layout.
