Thanks for the reply JenoP...in my apps default file section of my computer the qbo.file was defaulting to Adobe Acrobat pdf. I would like it to default to Quickbooks, which I believe would solve the problem, but can't figure out how to do that. I worked on it with a support from Intuit and he could not help other than finding a way around the problem. So for now I have a temporary fix until I can figure it out. If anyone has seen this issue, I would love to hear from you.
