Yes.  QuickBooks Online is horrible.  It's completely inflexible.  I can't view multiple windows the way I can on the desktop version, the same basic reports are not available, the level of detail is not available, its difficult to change things, I don't need the features that QuickBooks is so proud of (invoicing, payroll, remote access, the app).  Also, I currently have approximately 20 different company files, many of which don't have very many transactions and it makes using QuickBooks online expensive and unnecessary.  And again, see my concerns above at how limited the transactions are in the online version.  It's nothing like the desktop version and doesn't work well if you're a real accountant who wants unlimited access to data.
