QuickBooks desperately needs to understand that constantly evolving and more user-friendly are conflicting terms.  Different, every time I log in is NOT user friendly, nor is randomly disappearing or randomly relocated features.  It may not be random to you development wonks, but it is frequently random to your users.  A consistent user experience is user friendly.  DON'T suggest I contact your development team.  That is NOT MY JOB!
