As my colleague mentioned above, there's an ongoing investigation about being unable to create a backup file. It's not specifically for QBDT MAC 2023 because this issue is file-specific.
Since the 2019 version has been discontinued on May 31, 2022, you'll no longer receive assistance from live technical support. As a workaround, you can choose to upgrade or work with an IT personnel.
