Having to manually set up spreadsheets and hand enter all the items to send my clients invoices, also had to call in to QB support to have them run payroll for my employees and pay my payroll taxes. To say I'm frustrated by the lack of communication regarding a fix even with a case # and investigation # is a gross understatement.
