Let's make sure you're able to import your banking transactions to QuickBooks. 

Just to clarify though, was the bank statement (PDF copy) downloaded directly from your bank? If so, I would suggest reaching to them to check why you're only getting PDFs instead of .qbo files. 

In case they can only give you PDF copy of your statement, you can use third-party apps or websites that can convert your file. You can find them here: https://desktop.apps.com/home.
