We recognize the significance of efficiently exporting your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to Quicken. Our aim is to assist you by offering several methods to accomplish this task.
While it is not currently possible to convert QBO data to Quicken (you can only convert Quicken data to QuickBooks), there is a positive alternative available. Let me share two alternatives with you on how you can successfully convert your QBO data to Quicken.
The initial option involves manually exporting your reports, lists, and other data from your account. Here's how to do it:
For more information about the process, check out this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
Once you have your data ready, the next step is to contact Quicken support for assistance with importing your data into their program. They will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transition.
Another option is to use a third-party application that enables you to directly and efficiently convert your QBO data to Quicken. To find such an application, you can either navigate to the Apps menu within your QBO account or explore third-party apps outside of the QuickBooks website. This will provide you with a convenient solution for the conversion process.
Alternatively, you can follow 4Gal's suggestion mentioned earlier to convert your data to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). From there, you can manually convert your data from QuickBooks Desktop to Quicken using Excel.
