Thank you for taking the time to get back to us and for providing us with additional information about the locations that are not functioning on the new invoice template properly.

 

Typically, if you make any changes to the location or update its information, it should be reflected in the new invoice layout. 

 

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support team. They will be able to investigate the issue further and take the necessary steps to fix it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Press Contact Us at the bottom part. 
  4. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
