I understand that converting your estimate to an invoice will expedite your bid or proposal for the work you want to do for your customer. 

 

Since you've finished the troubleshooting steps and the problem still occurs, I recommend contacting our support team. They are equipped with the tools that can further assist you with your concerns.

 

To get in touch with a human support representative, please follow these steps: 

 

  1.  Open the Help menu and select the Talk to a Human option. 
  2.  Provide a brief description of your issue and concern in the text field, and then click Enter
  3.  Select the I still need a Human option and click on Contact Us to connect with our live support team. 
  4.  Finally, select the Get a callback option.

 

Please take note that support is available for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. If you are using the Advanced version, assistance is accessible 24/7.
