I see the advantage of seamlessly printing your invoices as it lets you work faster and can positively impact your business. We're aware that some QuickBooks Online (QBO) users are experiencing errors when printing their invoices via PDF Mac. Currently, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-93599) regarding this issue. Rest assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve your issue and get your business up and running again.
Additionally, if you'd like to stay updated on the progress of the resolution via email, you can contact our Customer Care Support Team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and keep you updated on the progress.
To reach our support team, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
- Enter your issue and concern in the field.
- Click Continue.
- Tap the Chat or Callback option.
In the meantime, I'll add a workaround to help you move forward. You can change the template to Airy New to print your invoices. Here's how to do it:
- Go to Settings and then select Custom form styles.
- Select New style.
- Click the edit dropdown.
- Choose the Change up the template.
- Choose Airy New.
- Hit Done.
- If you wish to share your screen, select Share access.
- Click Deny if you don't want to share access.
