Please know that the current version you have is already outdated. This means that QuickBooks will no longer support you even if you contact our live agents. For you to do so, I suggest updating QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
Regarding the patches, our engineering team is working to deliver compatibility patches for supported versions as soon as they can. Once upgraded, you'll have a patch for your version that should help with the compatibility.
To make sure, I suggest you reach out to our QuickBooks Mac Support. They can help inform you about updates on the patches. Here's how:
- Head to the Contact Support page.
- Choose QuickBooks for Mac, then click Continue.
- Enter your question or your concern that you need help with.
- Then Continue.
- Choose the best way to connect with us.
