Great!  Thank you for the recommendations.  I will look into those.  Quickbooks has been a great product and I realize prices are rising everywhere and a yearly subscription was frustrating but accepted costs are rising and was willing to accept that part of it.  But to increase the yearly price 300%??? Awful decision.  Please report back your findings of the other two if you don’t mind!  Thanks.
