I clicked your link to tell your support team that I'm having this problem, too.  But its instructions must be archaic, because I find no Contact link where they said to find them.  My accountant needs a report from me, so I can meet an already extended IRS deadline.  This problem is really unacceptable and undermines my confidence in Intuit.
