What you were advised by our Customer Care team is correct, QuickBooks 2019 was discontinued last year. While you can upgrade to a newer version by getting in touch with our Sales team, you can also upgrade from within your product.
Here's how:
- In the top menu bar, go to Help, then Upgrade QuickBooks.
- Choose a version you want to upgrade to.
- Click Upgrade Now.
- If you'd like to keep a copy of your current version on the computer, turn on Keep old version on my computer.
- Select Let's go.
QuickBooks will download, install, and activate your new version and upgrade company files as necessary.
