I see that you're unable to import you're transaction due to an error in your sales tax. Let me help you on how to fix this concern.

 

Here's how: 

 

  • Turn on your Sales tax:

    1. Go to Sales tax.
    2. Click Use Automatic Sales Tax.
       
  • In QuickBooks, you can only import specific fields. Thus, you need to remove the tax column on your spreadsheet and then Import
  • If you don't have a sales tax column in your spreadsheet yet the issue persists, I recommend you use your private browser to import your transactions. 

 

Here are some shortcut keys that route you to your private browser: 

 

  • Google Chrome, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS: Ctrl + Shift + N. 
  • Mac: ⌘ + Shift + N
