We can see how beneficial it is to use our program without issues. 

 

In this case, we can try to do the Verify and Rebuild process to help fix unusual issues like behaviors on your QuickBooks Desktop account, like missing data and other features that don't run as designed.

 

Here's how to verify data:

 

  1. Go to the File menu and select Utilities.
  2. Choose Verify Data, then tap OK to close all windows. If you see the prompt Your data has failed the integrity check, it needs to rebuild your file. If there are no problems with your data, it's all done.

 

If there are problems with your company file, you have to rebuild it. See the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Files menu and select Utilities.
  2. Choose Rebuild Data, and then click OK.
  3. Tap OK to make a backup to prevent data loss along the process.
  4. Hit OK to continue the rebuild process.
