This is unhelpful. I can not keep QuickBooks 2021 form crashing before I can get to the menu to check for updates whether or not the company window is open or not. When I start QB with shift it opens and the company window is not visible - crash. When I opened with the company window visible - crash. No matter what I do it crashes.

Investing all this time to try and login to use a product I paid for (several times over actually, since you don't offer upgrades, we need to pay full price to repurchase the more recent versions) is frustrating and being asked to invest more time by contacting support (which in the past has not been fruitful) is not good customer service. When you have a known issue and you have a known issue, don't make us jump through more hoops or tempt us with false hope - we can all see it in the comments now 5 pages long in 2 days - just keep us apprised as to when an update is expected.
