I recognize the importance of having the option to turn off the pop-up messages, however, this is currently unavailable in QBO. For now, we have no other way but to click the X button to close it. You can also utilize your browser settings. Here's how:
- Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
- Select Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
- Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and choose Block from the drop-down menu.
If you're using Safari browser, here's how to do it:
- Open your Safari browser.
- Click Safari, then Preferences.
- Select Websites at the top
- Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
- Then select Block in the pop-up menu for the website.
