I understand your concerns about the functionality of QuickBooks Point of Sale v19 and how it will affect your business operations, particularly in terms of data management and transitioning from a multi-store setup to a single-store setup.

Keep in mind that since QuickBooks Point of Sale Payments will no longer be compatible with QuickBooks Point of Sale software after October 3, 2023, switching from a multi-store setup to a single-store setup may work, but it may have implications for your data and how it is managed.
