Yes I just received two calls they say I need to pay for an Annual Service Renewal. But Stacie Pro Advisor could not tell me how much the Fee was. So I was transferred to someone else who said "Thank you for calling" I told her I did not call them they called me. But again did not even know the name of the business in which they were calling. So I got off the phone and got a repeat call from Jasmine and which I could not understand what she was saying but finally she did say can she call back in an hour. Sure I said no one called me back.

So is there an Annual Service Renewal Fee?

And I think since it is an accounting software that I should get an actual bill as back up for the auditors.
