Thanks for reaching out for support here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to use your QuickBooks Desktop account without it crashing.

 

In this case, I recommend running the Quick Fix My Program from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. If you haven't already, you'll need to download the Tool Hub first. Once you've done that:

 

1. Select Program Problems in the QuickBooks Tool Hub.

2. Choose Quick Fix my Program.
3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
