I'm here with a little more information regarding QuickBooks Online Advance Usage Limits, mac999.

Usage limits in QuickBooks refer to the maximum quantity of various elements, such as accounts or users, that can be concurrently utilized. These restrictions apply to the number of billable users, chart of accounts, classes, locations, and tags that you can add to QuickBooks.

For QuickBooks Online Advanced:

  • Billable users: You can have up to 25 users, allowing you to collaborate and manage your finances efficiently.
  • Non-billable users: You have the flexibility to invite 3 accountant firm users, unlimited time tracking-only users, and unlimited reports-only users. This ensures seamless communication and collaboration with your accounting professionals.
  • Classes and locations: You can create unlimited classes and locations, enabling you to organize your financial data in a way that suits your business structure.
  • Chart of accounts: You have the freedom to add unlimited accounts, ensuring that you can track and manage your finances with precision.
  • Tag groups: You can create unlimited groups for tagging transactions, providing you with a powerful tool for categorizing and analyzing your financial data.
  • Tags: Maximum of 300.
  • QuickBooks Commerce Accounting: Unlimited sales channels can be connected
