Since it didn't work, I recommend contacting QuickBooks support. Once out team receives this information, they will thoroughly analyze the situation and work towards a resolution tailored to your client's needs. This may require additional steps to be taken. To do it, go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.

  3. Then, follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
