I see that this hasn't been easy on your part that you contacted support and weren't able to fix this. Let me be your best help.

 

Let's try logging in using your Intuit account outside QuickBooks. After that, run updates to your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

 

If the reminder "Have not logged in for 89 days", I recommend contacting QuickBooks Desktop support again to acquire updates on what to perform to remove this. Moreover, you can ask questions about why it always shows up.
