We are in the same position. The suggestion from QB to use Commerce Sync is ridiculous for mobile businesses. QBO just announced another increase in price, yet they can't fix their built-in Square import. Or I should say they won't fix it. I don't think they care about small businesses. I suspect that they care only about extracting as much money as possible from us.
