Upon checking, there are no updates with regard to the account numbers in the Chart of Accounts. In my sample account, I was still able to view this info under the Number column.

 

I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support Team again. This way, they can provide you with updates about the status of your case. Here's how to connect with them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

Just a heads-up, we've made changes to our operating hours. You can request a callback from one of our representatives or use our live messaging option from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
