I know that our version if QB is no longer supported, but for small companies you do not have any acceptable upgrade options.

I understand that downloading my transactions from within QB does no longer work, but the import should have continued to work. It's sad, that this way you try to force us into your subscription model.

Also your suggestion to convert to QBO is not an option for us, as it does not support assembly items. And QBO would not be more "price attractive" vs. QBD. And I don't want to comment on the posts I read in the community about QBO's features and functions.

Being a QB user since version 2009, and I was a beta tester for several years, I like QBD as it has all the functions we use for our small business. However, I regret, that you don't have more attractive price options for small businesses.

There is also no version without support, thus, for the 2 licenses we have, I would have to pay for support twice, even though I only had used paid support in the past, and it was a waste of money, as ultimately no solution was provided when I needed it, but subsequently the issue had been fixed by a support pack.
