I suggest sending feedback by going to the Gear icon in QBO so you can request about having the option to assign invoice numbers as filenames on PDF invoices.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Choose Next to submit feedback.
