To run Verify Data:

1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
2. Hover your cursor to Utilities.
3. Select Verify Data.

Next, run the Rebuild Data option through these steps:

1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
2. Hover your cursor to Utilities.
3. Select Verify Rebuild.

Here's how:

1. Close QuickBooks.
2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
3. Open the file.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. When the install finishes, double-click the QuickBooks Tool Hub icon.
6. Run the diagnostic tool for program problems.
