You can update your subscription's payment information from the Billing & Subscription screen.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Sign in as a primary admin.
  2. Use your Gear icon.
  3. Go to Account and settings.
  4. Access the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Next to your current payment method, select Edit.
  6. Choose what you want to do from the Wallet list. You can edit your current payment method used for billing (expiration date, billing address, and account holder name), add a new payment method, or switch to a stored method.
  7. After saving the change(s), your payment method will be displayed on the Billing & Subscription page.

 

If you're referring to updating a customer's payment info, you can do so while editing their profile or receiving a payment from them.
