I am still receiving the glitched emails from Live Bookkeeping. Received 7 emails today. You mentioned that a formal complaint was filed with QuickBooks Live management team. I received no communication from anyone regarding this matter. Who is in charge of the product at Live Bookkeeping, what is the outcome of the filed complaint and why has there been not a single response to dozens of tickets posted with Quickbooks and multiple posts here in the community regarding the technical issue? Not a single response to this matter.
