I'm glad that the steps provided by my colleague were able to resolve your concern about showing all deposits made from a donor's transaction list. 

 

Since you're having issues running a report that displays donor donations by name, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report instead and customize it to include only the necessary information. To do that:

 

  1. Go to Reports and search for Transaction List by Customer.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. In the Rows/Columns section, select the Group by dropdown and click Customer.
  4. In the Filter section, choose Deposit for the Transaction Type.
  5. Click Run report.

 

Furthermore, you can export reports to Excel, so you can manually add information relevant to your business needs.
