i feel your pain. i have an accounting client that has been plagued with crashes ever since they upgraded to 2023. upon initial release and upgrade just random crashes all the time. constant abort errors. worked with qb support. they blamed hardware, they blamed OS versions, they had us run the tool what felt like 20+ times. we rebuilt databases. none of it mattered. issues would occur on windows 10, windows 11, and server 2019. it occurred across various hardware platforms. 

randomly - they released a critical fix and the problem was remarkable improved - if not completely resolved.

low and behold - another patch was release last week. they are back to crashing.
