If you have previously attempted the troubleshooting procedures outlined above and the problem remains, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They have the tools to conduct a screen-sharing session, access to examine your account further, and may create a case if necessary.

 

To Contact Support:

 

  1. Click the Help menu, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue. Hit Continue.
  4. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
