Buy nowHi there, mlowitz. I'm here to help ensure you're able to switch back to the old layout for invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As mentioned by my colleague above, QuickBooks Online gives you the option to switch back and forth between the old and new layouts. To isolate this, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito). Once you've login via a private window, try to switch back to the old invoice layout.
If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
To learn more about the new layout/experience, consider checking out this article: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can check out this article if you need to personalize your sales forms in the future: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to reply anytime if you still have questions or concerns about managing invoices. I am always here to help. Take care, and have a great day ahead.
