The ads in QuickBooks are guides that serve as helpful reminders. I know this seems not necessary if you keep seeing these pop-up ads over and over. However, the pop-up ads will usually appear for the new user. But, If you keep seeing the pop ads, just click on the X or No, thanks buttons. This will temporarily prevent the pop-up ads from showing up again.   

To disable the pop ads, Here's how: 

1. Click the Mange your Intuit Account. 
2. Choose Data privacy. 
3. Press QuickBooks View. 
4. Disable the QuickBooks software: training, offers & updates, and Get more from QuickBooks: add-ons and apps. 

However, we can send feedback to our developer team if you want to disable the pop-up ads permanently. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks.

Here's how to do it:

1. In QBO, select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
