When you file forms electronically, you can enter the 10-digit PIN in the Enter agency login information screen.

To do that:

1. Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll Center.
2. Click the File Forms tab.
3. Select the form you need to file and select File Form.
4. Choose the form filing period and click OK.
5. Select the Check for Errors button and make the necessary corrections.
6. Click the Submit Form button, then select E-file.
7. Enter the 10-Digit PIN.
8. Select the Remember my information for next time box to save the new info.
